Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on Exlbet. Violating these terms and conditions may result in bets being voided and accounts being suspended.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is placed on Exlbet, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or match cancellation, Exlbet reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. All bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet is placed. Exlbet is not responsible for any odds changes caused by internet delays.

Misconduct & Fraud

Any member found using software bots, multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent means to gain an unfair advantage will have all winnings forfeited and their account permanently closed.

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use multiple accounts to place bets on the same match in order to exploit bonus offers.
• If you discover any error or bug in Exlbet's system, report it to customer support immediately — do not attempt to exploit it.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on your first deposit is available, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager at least 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Reload Bonus

To receive the weekly reload bonus, you must make at least one deposit during that week. The wagering requirement for the reload bonus is generally 15x.

Cashback

Weekly cashback is credited directly to your balance and can be withdrawn with no wagering requirements. The cashback amount is based on your total net losses for that week.

Payment Policy – Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

The minimum deposit on Exlbet is ৳500. Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited within 5 minutes. There are no additional charges on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees.

Account Suspension & Closure

Exlbet may temporarily or permanently close any member's account for the reasons listed below, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonus offers ("bonus abuse").
• Cheating, fraud, or any other misconduct.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Account use by a person under the age of 18.

Before closing an account, Exlbet will generally notify the member via email or SMS. Where applicable, any remaining balance will be returned after the investigation is complete.

Self-Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time. Contact customer support and your account will be closed within 24 hours, with any remaining balance refunded.
